Hi everyone,
I am running the PET-GATE tutorial (Listmode Reconstruction with Time of Flight). I am unable to find some of the files listed below:
PET scanner geometry file (mMR_Geometry.mac)
fdg_pet_phantom_umap.nii.gz
normalization_weights.pt
detector_ids_tof_primary_only.pt
detector_ids_tof_all_events.pt
detector_ids_delays.pt
Could someone help me locate these files?
Thanks,
Sorry for the delay! The ROOT files, .mac file, and mumap/mri ground truth images have now been added here:

Hi Luke,
Thank you for sharing the files. I’m happy to test them.
Have a great day!
Thanks,
Hi Jack
I didnt found the files in the new folder
normalization_weights.pt
detector_ids_tof_primary_only.pt
detector_ids_tof_all_events.pt
detector_ids_delays.pt
Did you find them ?
Hi Zakariait,
The files are generated and saved when I run the tutorial example (GATE (Listmode Reconstruction; With Time of Flight) — PyTomography 3.1.1 documentation). So far, I have obtained normalization_weights.pt
and detector_ids_tof_primary_only.pt
by running the code.
If you did not get these files, you may need to check the switch code LOAD_FROM_ROOT = False and set it to True if the .pt
files are not generated.
best,
Maybe I should also add those files as well, so users don’t need to generate them in the tutorials. What are your guys thoughts?

Hi Luke,
I would really appreciate it if you could do that.
Thanks,
Hi Luke,
I want to convert a root file into a pt format, but I get an error saying there’s not enough memory. Even after reducing the number of root files or limiting the branches to recreate the root file, it still doesn’t work. Could you upload a pt file for me?
thank you,
